Trois Noix was founded by Jaime. The roots of Trois Noix began in 2013 during harvest – wine that was going to be used for their family’s brand, Accendo Cellars ultimately was kept separate, opening up an opportunity for Jaime own wine brand. Their first vintage was merely 300 cases of a Coombsville Cabernet Sauvignon.
Quinn Rosé is made by artisans in Provence who have been making rosé since 1922 approximately 20 miles north of St Tropez. Our grapes are sourced from around 600 hectares of vines in the heart of the Appellation Côtes de Provence, just north of the famous beaches of St Tropez. The vines are located in the limestone foothills of the Maures massif in the southern Var which is between the Mediterranean Sea and the Alps. This terroir benefits from a Mediterranean climate perfect for traditional southern varietals first planted by the Romans centuries ago.
The varietals are Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Carignan. Sometimes with a little Rolle or Mourvedre too! The parcels are vinified separately, allowing for more character and complexity, and then blended just like the finest champagnes, to produce a consistent taste from vintage to vintage. Our winemaker regularly wins numerous awards at competitions such as the Mondial du Rosé and the Concours General Agricole.

Quinn Rosé

Classic French Provençal rosé. Just the way it should be. Made in Provence in the south of France. Dry, light and refreshing and perfect in the company of gentlemen, rogues, ladies and characters. Sunshine optional. Certified HVE3 - the highest level of sustainability granted in France.

GRAPE VARIETALS: Classic Provence rosé blend of Grenache (30%), Carignan (25%), Cinsault (10%), Caladoc (15%), Cabernet (10%), Merlot (10%)

CHARACTERISTICS: Pale pink in color with the luminescence of the sea. On the nose the aromatic profile reveals itself through a floral aroma accompanied by notes of white peach and melon with hints of grapefruit on a balanced mineral backbone. The sip is refreshingly light and dry, with well balanced acid and a delicate richness of mouth feel. A medium finish leaving you thirsty for more.
