Trois Noix was founded by Jaime. The roots of Trois Noix began in 2013 during harvest – wine that was going to be used for their family’s brand, Accendo Cellars ultimately was kept separate, opening up an opportunity for Jaime own wine brand. Their first vintage was merely 300 cases of a Coombsville Cabernet Sauvignon.

We source from biodynamic, organic, and sustainably farmed Napa vineyards.
It’s our responsibility to be good stewards of the earth. We work with our grape growers and vineyard managers to implement best practices and cultivate the most delicious fruit possible while being respectful of the land along with its past, present, and future inhabitants.

We source from premier Napa Valley vineyards, with a special concentration and affection for Oak Knoll, where Muir-Hanna and Ryan’s vineyards both grow. Though our roots in Napa Valley run deep, we’re always open to the opportunity and possibility to make something unexpected from the surrounding valleys.
WINES
Trois Noix Cab Franc

Grown in ideal soils for Cabernet Franc composed of silt, clay, and sand. An ethereal expression of this majestic varietal. The nose is multilayered with dried violets, blood orange, deep blue and red fruits, and a classic tomato-leaf note that evolves into sage. Currently tasting oval-shaped and broad, the palate offers a rich texture that is balanced out by ample freshness and verve.

Trois Noix Cabernet Sauvignon Muir Hanna Vineyard

The Muir-Hanna Cabernet Sauvignon is a natural ode to classic Napa Valley with a modern framework. Bursting from the glass is an interplay of red currants, dark olives, and sandalwood, all enveloped by gorgeous florals of rose. The mouthfeel is focused and structured while still feeling lifted, qualities that make this wine age-worthy if desired.

Trois Noix Noisette Cuvée

The Noisette blend is comprised of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Cabernet Franc, and 9% Merlot. Loaded with just-ripe fruits and mercurial in nature, the nose opens with Luxardo cherries, blueberry, and Nag Champa incense, unfolding into more savory notes of five spice and oyster shell. Full-bodied and mouth-coating, flavors of blackberry and cocoa powder give way to structured tannins and a long finish.

Trois Noix Sauvignon Blanc, Ehrlich Vineyard

The Ehrlich Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc originates from 37-year-old vines situated alongside the Napa River in Oakville. Initial notes of green mango, chamomile tea and mint unfold into marzipan and cantaloupe rind. The mouthfeel is creamy and warm with suggestions of fresh-baked sourdough and lemon oil. Take your time with this Sauvignon Blanc -- it has an incredibly long finish.

Trois Noix Sauvignon Blanc, Ryan’s Vineyard

Produced from the organically farmed Ryan’s Vineyard in the Oak Knoll District, this blend of Sauvignon Musque and Sauvignon Blanc is truly a site-driven wine. An ever-evolving nose of carnations, pink lemon, and candied lychee share the glass with more savory notes of chive flower and brackish sea breeze. Taut and energized, the midpalate is briny and finishes with precision.
