WINES
Whisky

Smoked single grain, double-distilled, distinctly bushveld. 750ml.

Bushveld Whisky offers an aromatic escape to the South African bushveld. The sweet, honeyed aromas are wrapped up in light smokiness from Kameeldoring-smoked casks. We use only the best of single estate grain whisky.
​
We do double distillation on a potstill for added smoothness before being matured in American oak, ex-bourbon casks. After three years, we finish it off in Kameeldoring-smoked barrels to achieve a signature bushveld edge. Transport yourself to the bushveld with the unique aromas of light smouldering embers, vegetal honey, butterscotch, and toffee.

Proudly South African, this Cape Alchemist Brandy is unfiltered and raw. It’s created by our Chief Alchemist through a magical, scientific process and aged for three years. This results in a soft, fruity expression with full-bodied fruitiness and nutty undertones. The finish is smoky, long-lasting and infinitely characterful.

Rooisbos Gin

African Dry Gin transports you to the coastal & mountainous area of the Cape, where the fynbos biome embraces the edge of our continent. An intriguing bunch of native fynbos plants led us to create a fresh, bold gin full of personality.
Made from a secret recipe of 7 traditional and 12 fynbos botanicals. The bright flavour & distinctive aroma declare Africa’s magic in a glass.

Marola Gin

Made with infusions from southern Africa’s much-loved “Elephant Tree”. London Dry with an African twist. 750ml.

A unique combination of six botanicals, infused with the marula fruit, and distilled in our own beautiful copper pot-stills, results in a classic London Dry but with a clear African taste profile. The result is a lemony sweetness, with a zesty lime-like freshness.
