Andrew works with some of Oregon’s most beautiful and immaculately farmed vineyards producing small quantities of Pinot Noir and a single Chardonnay. Audeant began in 2016 producing just over 400 cases of Pinot Noir. In 2017, Audeant grew to 1100 cases producing three distinct Pinot Noirs and in 2018 they added to their portfolio their first Chardonnay from Seven Springs vineyard producing only 4 barrels.

WINES

Audeant Pinot Noir

is a meticulously arranged blend of choice lots from Nysa, Luminous Hills, and Carlisle’s Crest vineyards. Aromatically the wine presents clear bright red fruit, bramble and warm toasted spice. On the palate tart juicy red raspberry fruit, like the hard candy on your grandmother’s coffee table, buoy the fine tannin, black tea and persistent finish.

Audeant Luminous Pinot Noir

We speak often about our preference for ripening fruit with light rather than heat.  It is why we work with high elevation sites that take time to develop.  In vintages where the sun is bountiful, we retain tension, clarity and delicacy.  At Luminous Hills in this vintage those characteristics abound, and at the same time, the wine is is luxurious.

Audeant Nysa Pinot Noir

Comes from these 31-year-old, own rooted vines planted in deep Jory soil at 650 feet elevation at a due eastern aspect. The farming is organic and sparing as the vines have achieved a lovely balance emphasizing the distinctive character of the site.

Audeant Seven Springs Chardonnay

Fruit from seven rows of this hallowed estate produced just four barrels of shimmering golden tension.  A mineral nerve weaves through layers of sun drenched lemon and airy custard.

Audeant Rose of Pinot Noir

The deep sunset rose color speaks to the wine spending four days on the skins prior to fermentation with wild yeasts. Oregon's Pinot Noir rosés have shown remarkable improvement vintage to vintage. This sets a high bar, with detail, texture, balance and length that takes it well beyond a simple fruity style. Strawberries, forest floor, red apples, pine needles and more are in play here. This is a strikingly delicious rosé wine.
